With a BSc in Physical Therapy and an MSc in Human Movement Sciences, combined with multiple years of in-person and online personal training, I bridge the gap between science and real-world results.

My approach isn’t just based on theory, it’s built on experience. With over 13 years of training experience, I’ve personally gone through every stage of the fitness journey: from skinny to overweight, from out of shape and injured to becoming strong, lean, and healthy.

I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to build a plan that actually fits your lifestyle. I’ll show you the path, all you have to do is follow it!

If accepted, you’ll start with a 2-week trial period*.

I’ll set you up in my coaching app with a personalized training and nutrition plan, and you’ll get full access to support, check-ins, and guidance. Just like a full client.

This gives you the chance to experience the coaching and start seeing real progress before committing long-term.

  • That really depends on your goals and how much time you have available. Generally speaking, you can make a ton of progress with just 3 workouts per week. I will work with you to create a sustainable plan that fits your lifestyle.
